Cheung Chau Island has been on my must-visit list for decades, just never made it. All that changed in June 2024, and unlike my visits to Peng Chau, there was no rain, just hot and very sauna-like. Oh well, time to explore.
The above shot was taken while walking the mini Great Wall trail, and shows Tung Wan beach, and the helipad.
Talking of the helipad, I got lucky, and a helicopter landed in front of me as I walked past. It was actually an air ambulance, so while I have additional photos, I include only those of the aircraft, and not the person being airlifted.
